This Privacy Policy sets out and informs you of how FOXSTREAM uses and protects the information you provide us, if applicable, when you use this website which you can access via the following URL: www.foxstream.fr (hereinafter the “Website”).

Please note that this privacy policy may be amended or supplemented at any time by FOXSTREAM, in particular to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. In such a case, the date of the update will be clearly identified at the end of this policy. These modifications apply to the User as soon as they are posted online. I/ PERSONAL DATA

In general, you may visit the FOXSTREAM Website without disclosing any personal information about yourself. You are in no way obliged to provide this information to FOXSTREAM.

However, in case of refusal, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. FOXSTREAM may process your Personal Information:

(a) for the purpose of providing you with the information or services you have requested (including: sending the Newsletter, commercial offers, technical datasheets, access to FoxTool software or contact from the support team); and or

(b) for the purpose of collecting information enabling us to improve our Website, our products and services (specifically by using cookies); and or

(c) for the purpose of contacting you about various FOXSTREAM events, including product updates and customer support.

3. Recipients

Only the relevant internal departments of FOXSTREAM receive your Personal Information. This information, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors whom FOXSTREAM uses (you will find more information about them in section 7 below). Neither FOXSTREAM, nor any of its subcontractors, sells the personal data of visitors and Users of its Website.

4. Retention period

Your Personal Information is only kept by FOXSTREAM for the time corresponding to the purpose of collection, as indicated in 2 above. This cannot exceed 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship, if applicable.

o Right of access and communication of data

You have the right to access your Personal Information. However, due to FOXSTREAM’s security and privacy obligations in the processing of personal data, you are informed that your request will be processed provided you show proof of your identity, specifically by producing a scan of a valid identity document (if requested via internet messaging service) or a signed photocopy of a valid identity document (if requested in writing by post).

FOXSTREAM would like to inform you that it will be entitled, if applicable, to oppose clearly abusive requests (by their number, repetitive or systematic nature).

6. Response time

FOXSTREAM undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from receipt of your request.

7. Authorised service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

FOXSTREAM would like to inform you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of data which you have provided. These providers may be located outside the European Union and have the data collected through the various forms available on the Website.

FOXSTREAM has previously ensured that its services providers have implemented adequate safeguards and comply with strict conditions regarding privacy, use and data protection.

8. Complaints made to the competent authority

If you consider that FOXSTREAM does not comply with its obligations regarding your Personal Information, you may submit a complaint or request to the competent authority. II/ COOKIE POLICY

When you first login to the FOXSTREAM website, you will be notified by a banner at the bottom of your screen that information about your browsing may be stored in files called “cookies”. Our cookie policy gives you a better understanding of the provisions we implement in terms of navigating our website. It specifically informs you about all cookies on our website, their purpose (part 1.) and gives you the steps to follow to configure them (part 2.)
